Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of the Products by Oduncreamzcakes to you to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions referred to where you have agreed to such variation in writing and by way of signature. By ordering from Oduncreamzcakes, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these conditions may be modified or amended and posted on the Site from time to time.

2. Please note that to place an order, we normally require at least 48 hours’ notice except for our Daily Express cakes.

3. Our opening times are Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 6 pm Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm

We closed on Sunday

4. Orders placed outside our working hours will be attended to on the next working day.

5. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment from us

6. Your purchase order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the Products ordered has been received by us at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms set out herein will become effective.

WEDDING CAKE POLICY

Customers, who want Oduncreamzcakes to design their wedding cakes, will pay a fixed non-refundable fee of 20,000 Naira which is part of the full wedding cake payments after the order is placed.

All wedding cake orders required a minimum initial deposit of 80% of the total cost.

Balance payment should be made 14 days before the delivery.

10% of the total charge is applied when an order is canceled.

We accept no responsibility for any damage after the wedding cake is received or delivered in good condition.

Payments should be made by cash, Bank transfer, or POS to Oduncreamzconfectionery Accounts ONLY.

Cakes are perishable and should be eaten as soon as possible or preserved in the refrigerator.

Customer’s can make changes if necessary.

Customer’s attention would be called up on in the case of unavailability of certain materials.

We will not be responsible for any temperature problems that may arise at your venue causing problems with your cakes such as melted icing.

CUSTOM CAKE

All cake orders require a deposit of 80% of the total cost.

Balance payments must be cleared before delivery/collection.

10% charge of the total cost will be applied when an order is canceled 24 hours before the collection date.

Payments should be made by cash, Bank transfer, or POS to Oduncreamzconfectionery Accounts ONLY.

Expresscakes is always available for online or in-store orders.

For other cakes in online order, after 24hrs of successful payments.

Comments:
